Anthony Iacullo is the Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Cyperus Group LLC, where he leverages more than 20 years of recruiting expertise and a background in financial services to deliver innovative, client-focused talent solutions. He leads the firm’s strategic growth while maintaining a hands-on role in business development and recruiting.
Anthony began his career at Merrill Lynch and Deutsche Bank in Compliance and Portfolio Analysis before transitioning into recruiting. Rising into leadership at national staffing firms, he built and restructured divisions, mentored teams, and developed strategies that drove both business growth and long-term client partnerships.
At Cyperus Group, Anthony combines his deep understanding of corporate finance with proven recruiting acumen to help organizations attract, retain, and develop top talent. His approach emphasizes integrity, responsiveness, and innovation—qualities that have made him a trusted advisor to clients and a leader in the recruiting industry.
Anthony is a graduate of Towson University with a dual B.S. in Political Science and Economics and was a member of the varsity football team. He lives in New Jersey with his wife, his four children and his English cream golden retriever.
